Pozzolan
Pozzolan is a natural black volcanic substance that is light in weight as a result of its volatility and the entry of volcanic gases and vapors through it at the moment of its exit. It is in the form of pebbles with a size of 1 to 3 cm. It is an economical material used in the cement industry, as it is added to the cement components (limestone and clay) during manufacturing to give A type of cement known as pozzolanic Portland cement, which is the most resistant to moisture and some natural environmental factors.
Fly Ash
Fly Ash : It is a byproduct resulting from the combustion of coal to generate electricity. Fly ash is usually replaced by a percentage of Portland cement in concrete to obtain good strength and durability. The properties of fly ash suitable for use in cement can be used for concrete construction. Research in various places around the world has found that concrete in which cement was replaced with fly ash, cement-free concrete provided exceptional performance in short- and long-term concrete strength and workability relative to the use of ordinary Portland cement concrete.
Microsilica
Microsilica, also known as silica fume, is a byproduct of the production of silicon metal or ferrosilicon metal. It is collected from flue gases from electric arc furnaces. It is a highly reactive pozzolanic powder and is very important for the concrete industry.
Microsilica is a very fine powder and is usually used in concrete structures that require a high degree of impermeability or require high concrete strength.
Microsilica is being used in more projects where durability and strength are the primary concern.
Benefits of Microsilica
1-Increased concrete strength
2-Significantly improved
3-concrete durability
4- Reduced permeability
5-Sulfate resistance
silica powder
materials used in many industries. Pure silica sand, which is one of our most important products, is obtained through the following stages: sand extraction using the latest means and methods after removing all layers until silica sand is reached. Silica sand is dried by placing it on flat areas and exposing it to sunlight, in order to facilitate the sifting process and separation of impurities. The separation process is carried out to separate silica and some minerals through the use of the latest devices, equipment and laboratories until we reach a silica purity of more than 98%. We find that the market needs require several sizes of silica.
Benefits of silica powder
1- Increasing the strength of concrete
2- Significantly improving concrete durability
3- Low permeability
4- Sulfate resistance
5- High initial and final resistance.
GGBFS
Glass slag and ground slag (GGPFS) is obtained by cooling molten iron slag from blast furnaces or furnaces, producing a product that is dried and ground into a fine powder. This product is used as a concrete material and is resistant to water and harsh climatic conditions.
Sand
Sand is a naturally occurring granular material composed of finely crushed particles and mineral fragments.
